Santa's woods is open daily 9am-4:30pm to choose & cut your fresh xmas tree and wreaths available too. Weekend activities include, clydesdales, wagon rides, reindeer, face painting, crafts and santa! 3764 Hwy 133 - just outside of Blair NE.

Dec 1-14
Midland College Heralds Christmas celebrating xmas around the world. Nativity, planetarium program, international feast, lessons & carols, a concert and more. View details here.

The Shepherd's Lights is open nightly 6-9:30pm. This is the largest computer animated drive thru christmas lights display in the area. See snowman playing, Santa fishing, penguins dipping and more! Located just outside of Blair NE at 3764 HWY 133.

4-9pm Holiday "Merry Martini" Girls night out at the Harbor Farms Chic Market at 180th & Pacific in Omaha. A fun atmosphere to shop for the perfect gift for the women in your life and yourself too!

5-8pm Rockbrook Village Holiday Walk. There will be holiday festivities & store offers. 108th & Center in Omaha.

6pm Tree Lighting Ceremony at Fremont's John C Fremont Park. Carolers & donations for shop for a cop will be accepted.

Friday, Dec 4th
Soup & Santa at Fremont YMCA 6-8pm

Ethnic Holiday Festival at Union Station 5-9pm at 801 South 10th St in Omaha NE. Visitors will be able to purchase ethnic foods and handmade crafts. music program also. more information here.

Saturday Dec 5th

8:30am-2pm St. Pat's Catholic Church's Holiday Bazaar/bake sale in Fremont. Just North of 16th & Luther Rd. in the Delaney Hall at the church.

9am-2pm 65th Annual Christmas Bazaar at 1st. Congregational Church located at 1550 North Broad St. raffles, crafts, baked goods, cookie bar, and more. coffee hour at 9am and serving ham loaf dinner, bbq sandwiches and homemade pie lunch starting at 11:30am.

9am-4pm 32nd Annual Holiday Craft Bazaar at Christensen Field in Fremont. $1 admission. Children 12 and under are free. Over 150 crafters.

9am-4pm Holiday Craft Fair at Hillrise Elementary School in Elkhorn. bake sale & lunch served too! Located at 2 blocks south of Maple St. off 201st Street.

9am-4pm Christmas Gift & Ladies Extravaganza at Westside Comm. Conference Center at 3534 South 108th St in Omaha. 1,000s of gifts, crafts and food/raffles, kid fun and more! $1 donation -kids free. View more details here.

9am-5pm KFOR Seasons of crafts fair at the Lancaster Event Center 84th & Havelock in Lincoln NE. Free admission.

10am-1pm Santa's Workshop for kids at Michael's stores in Omaha. each child can make great gifts for the family and friends. While supplies last.

10am-5pm Craft fair at NE Crossing Outlet Mall near Gretna NE. Breakfast w/Santa 9am and store events too.

11am-3pm Free Carriage Rides with Santa at Rockbrook Village in Omaha. Ride with Santa in a horse drawn carriage and enjoy hot chocolate, candy canes and store events. 108th & Center.

2-4pm Tastefully Simple Open House at MOPS Member Cathy Kolm's house.

5-7pm Christmas Pageant at St. Benedict Center near Schuyler, NE. Life Teen members will act out the story of the "simple man". Enjoy beverages, a xmas story and more. admission is $3 adults /$1 for children. View more details here.

Sunday, Dec 6th
starting at 10am, It's the Sights and Sounds of Christmas at Dana College in Blair, NE. Events include a traditional Scandinavia smorgasbord. call 426-7385 for ticket information.

2-6pm MainStreet Fremont Holiday Tour of Homes. Enjoy holiday decor, goodies, music and more while you tour through some of Fremont's most prestige homes. Tickets are $10/person. call 721-2264 for more information.

Monday, Dec 7th
5-7pm Holiday Open House at Fremont Area Medical Center. Come see Santa, his sleigh, and real live reindeer on FAMC's front lawn! Bring your wish list & your camera.

Wed, Dec 9th
A Children's Shopping Mall at Veteran's Hall (the old bowling alley)in Downtown Valley Nebraska for all children ages 4 years through 4th Grade to shop for Mom & Dad and Siblings too! all Presents are 50 cents or less! * Visit with Santa *
* Free Gift Wrapping *Sorry, parents must wait in the lobby, only shopping age 4 years through 4th grade are allowed in the shopping area. Santa's ELVES will be on hand to help little shoppers. "Shopping with Santa" is a community service of the Elkhorn Valley Community Theatre and Linda McDermitt Insurance. Call Janice at 359-2699 or Linda at 359-2545 to donate items.

Sunday, Dec 13th
5-8pm "Back to Bethlehem" drive through living nativity event at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Fremont at Lincoln/Military Ave. This free event includes a variety of animals and bright spotlights. Cars should enter from Military ave.

12-5pm Wells Fargo Family Festival Free family admission and fun at various downtown Omaha Arts & Cultural Institutions including the Children's musuem, Joselyn Art Musuem and free trolley service. details here.

Sat, Dec 19th
10am & 11:30am Merry Movie with Santa at Village Point Cinema featuring a screening of "how the grinch stole xmas" with the Grinch and lots of Whos from Whoville.

Sunday, Dec 20th
2-3pm Caroling with Santa at Village Point Mall in Omaha.

You have the fremont mall santa schedule wrong. I drove over an hour to let my kids see him only to find out that he wasnt there due to wrong scheduling. Please check your work/planning next time so other people dont have to drive out of the way like me. If you would have seen the disappointing look on my daughters face...
