Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 8-oz package cream cheese
2ea (12-oz)cans refrigerated biscuits (10 count)
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees & Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 1:Mix the sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
Step 2:In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over low heat,stirring well; Set aside.
Step 3:Cut the cream cheese into 20 equal cubes.
Step 4:Press the biscuits out with your fingers and sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon sugar.
Step 5:Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each biscuit, wrapping and sealing the dough around the cream cheese.
Step 6:Sprinkle 1/2c. nuts into the bottom of the bundt pan. Place 10ea prepared biscuits in the pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then pour half of the melted butter mixture over the biscuits.
Step 8: sprinkle with 1/2c.nuts.
Layer the remaining 10 biscuits on top. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the biscuits and sprinkle
on the remainng 1/2c.nuts.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
Place a plate on top and invert. ENJOY!

Banana Bread Recipe-from Carrie Malvig
Ingredients
* 3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
* 1/3 cup melted butter
* 1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup) (i did do 3/4 cup :o)
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* Pinch of salt
* 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
No need for a mixer for this recipe. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
