6am-9am, Community Wellness Blood Draws at Fremont YMCA. Screenings available for a small charge: wellness blood profile $30, Thyroid TSH test $15, Prostate PSA test $15, and diabetes testing $15. Fasting for 8-12 hours before tests is recommended. Cash or Check accepted at the time of service.

6-7:30pm. Becoming a Love & Logic Parent Course at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont. This four week course starting Jan 20th. was designed to help you find specific answers and actions for some of those difficult moments in child rearing. $25/family unit. 10am-4pm, Ladies Faire at the Hilton Garden Inn, next to Horseshoe Casino in CB, Iowa. Enjoy shopping, spa services, pampering, food, fun, friends, free admission and hourly drawings. Click here to view more details on their website.

5-10pm Dinner & Christian Concert at 1640 W. Military Ave, Fremont. This event is intended to help raise money needed to open a new christian coffee house ministry in downtown Fremont called The Real Rock Cafe. Performers include From Dust, Accidental Prophet, Zach Short and 37 years. $5/person at the door. Dinner at 5pm, presentation at 6:30pm and concerts at 7pm.

Tues-Wed, Feb 2nd & 3rd
6:30-9pm, Cooking Party at the loft in Valley, NE. Chef Trudy will share her wonderful Chicken Marsala recipe and instruction to create a delicious Valentine's Dinner for that special person in your life, including the perfect appetizer, salad, dessert and more! Bring a bottle of wine and sit down to watch her prepare this great meal and then she will share tips to create beautiful table settings to set 'the mood'. $30/person.
